100 Things (1-27)

Rumor has it that if you write down goals you achieve them, and I've noted in a few places instances where people have written down life checklists. I am going to attempt to do the same here, but I'm only going to put 1-27 in honor my forthcoming birthday anniversary. I'm going to include major milestones that I accomplished in recent years in that age-old tradition of writing down tasks just so you can cross them off...

Stress Buster #25

Create order out of chaos. Organize your home and workspace so that you always know exactly where things are. Put things away where they belong and you won't have to go through the stress of losing things.

Doctrine & Covenants 88:119:
Organize yourselves; prepare every needful thing; and establish a house, even a house of prayer, a house of fasting, a house of faith, a house of learning, a house of glory, a house of order, a house of God;

2009: Less Stress

This year I'm going to focus on reducing stress (for reasons of health and sanity). I have a list of 52 Proven Stress Reducers that I got from Texas Woman's University, and since there are 52 weeks in the year (how convenient!) I'm going to highlight on one each week of this year. Since I didn't blog the last 2 weeks, I'll start with week 1 and 2 and since I'm a sucker for doctrine, I'll also give what I think is gospel support for each one.

Much love,
kt

ps I've backdated weeks 1 and 2 to the Monday of each week. I'll post weekly ones on Mondays going forward.
